Lord Sheikh signs Commonwealth Day Petition!

Lord Sheikh (no relation), Conservative Peer, has now signed the petition to make Commonwealth Day a Bank Holiday- he has also informed me that he is in fact leading the debate for the Conservative Party in the House of Lords on the Commonwealth once Parliament resumes in November.
